I would choose to focus on mental health by going into a career of art therapy. Going into a career as an art therapist I would be able to help others by working with clients to develop coping skills or strategies to change behavior through art. Mental health is a big struggle among people today and is a lot more common in students, and I believe all teachers should be trauma informed which is why I picked mental health as a major social problem today.
